Explanatory Notes
* Member of an organising society of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně:

• Society of Medical Microbiology of the Czech Medical Association (SLM)
• Society of Infectious Diseases of the Czech Medical Association (SIL)
• Society for Epidemiology and Microbiology of the Czech Medical Association (SEM)
• Society for Hospital Epidemiology and Hygiene of the Czech Medical Association (SNEH)

** VVOPZ – university-educated healthcare professional
***  NLZP – Non-physician healthcare professionals (e.g. nurses, laboratory technicians, etc.)
**** Medical Student – only for students of medical faculties without an MUDr. degree. Limited capacity. Student ID must be submitted by email.

The listed prices include 21% VAT.

The Registration Fee Includes

• Access to the scientific programme
• Access to the commercial exhibition
• Congress printed materials
• Congress bag
• Certificate of attendance
• Refreshments during the event, including lunch on Thursday and Friday

Important Notice

Based on the properly completed and submitted registration form, the participant will receive a “Payment Request – Confirmation of Registration” within 3 working days.
If you do not receive this confirmation within the specified time, please contact the organising agency Produkce BPP s.r.o. as soon as possible at produkce@bpp.cz.
Payment must be made by the deadline corresponding to the selected registration fee category. If the payment is not received within the specified period, your registration fee will be automatically increased.
Registration becomes valid only once the registration fee has been received.
On-site cash payments can be made only in Czech crowns (CZK).

Tax Document

Once the payment has been received, a tax document will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.
