Each speaker must be properly registered.
An active contribution must be submitted ONLY by the first author of the lecture (speaker) or poster.

Presentation formats
- Invited Lecture

- Portrait orientation
- Minimum size: A1 (594 × 841 mm)
- Maximum size: B1 (707 × 1000 mm)
- Font must be legible from approximately 100 cm distance

PowerPoint Presentation Guidelines
File Format
• Use 16:9 widescreen format
• Save as .pptx (preferred), .ppt or PDF (if agreed in advance)
• Videos must be embedded in the .pptx file and set to play automatically or on click
• Mute audio in videos if not needed
• Embed fonts or use standard ones
Submission
• Submit at the Presentation Desk, at least 30 minutes before your session
• The desk is open throughout the congress
• Bring your file on USB drive or SD card
• Staff will help with any issues – come early
Using Your Own Laptop
• HDMI connection (Full HD 1080p50) at the lectern
• Test your setup during breaks
On-Stage Equipment
• Large screen (16:9), preview monitor, laser pointer (Logitech R500), microphone
• Optional countdown timer
